The Tengu Project

As we contemplate the chaos of  a second Drumpf term, I find myself inspired by current events to amplify the totalitarian aspect of my story line's villains, the Corpus. What happens to the world if oligarchs get free rein to pollute, militate against the public, and make war all they like? Especially if they have access to a whole new planet, a carbon copy of home, with all the resources where they know them to be here on Earth?
I plan to address these topics in my upcoming third book in the series.

I've always loved science fiction, but when it intrudes on real life? Yes, it's exciting, before it becomes harrowing, then horrifying ...

The event at Green Apple Books where I gave a "progress report" on the Tengu project went smashingly well! The entire presentation can be seen on YouTube via this link:

And work on my next book, "Act B: Subjugation", proceeds apace! Wrapping up the shading and cast-shadows phase, I am;

here's page 11, the background of which may be recognizable by San Francisco locals as Sigmund Stern Grove .

And here's my earlier work,
the "founding document"
of the Tengu Project.
This book features thirty "slices of life" from
the storyline leading up to the events portrayed in all present and forthcoming comics.
